Andrea is the CEO, and one of the two co-founders. He deals with the Company finance, purchases and administration. He determines all the Company’s strategies. He is a reserved, influential and impartial person.

Gianluca is the youngest, Head of the Sales and Business Development. Dynamic, enthusiastic and creative. Humble but stubborn and ambitious, always target oriented. It deals also with marketing and communication. Together with Andrea, he determines Company’s strategies.

We continuously monitor and implement “SOPs” (standard operating procedures) and the “quality management” in order to anticipate possible external audits by our customers.
Each PHSE broker can handle, if required, with a specific customer as a whole (import, export, domestic jobs), in order to improve customer loyalty and fully acknowledge the customer’s “supply chain” and needs as well.
