OUR SERVICES AND OUR FLEET
Heavy goods transport was born in 2018, and it already holds an important fleet of vehicles. PHSE can offer temperature controlled both for groupage and full truck service, throughout Italy and Europe (import and export), particularly from/ to Spain and Portugal (two departures/week to Iberian Peninsula).
PHSE fleet comprises new registration vehicles (both trailers and semitrailers), not more than 4 years old, in order to assure a high efficiency and a low consumption, and reduce the environmental effect as much as possible.
For the trailers, the Company relied on the technical experience of Iveco brand, while for the semitrailers PHSE chose the Valencian Sor Iberica and Thermoking for refrigeration section.
Semitrailers are all certified to carry pharmaceuticals and they are multi temperature (from -30°C to +25°C).
Some of them have also double deck load system, in order to carry up to 66 pallets (except if they are not particularly high). These semitrailers can also load ADR and they are equipped with cargo straps and poles.

TRACKING AND SECURITY SYSTEMS
On board temperature is constantly monitored by devices connected to their printer, in order to export the data at any time. These devices can also detect the position of the vehicle and communicate in real time all the information to a software linked to our web tracking (validated Annex 1GMP/CFR 21 FDA).
This software, detecting temperature information, can send both customized temperature alert and the complete temperature shipment data, in real time, automatically by email.
Temperature is monitored by the driver through an automatic on board system, other than by our control tower 24/7, which can intervene, at any time, in case of anomaly or warnings, door openings or unplanned stops (geo fense). For each case, it can apply the most appropriate action in order to solve the issue.
PHSE semitrailers are all mapped (as per GDP guidelines) both in winter and in summer seasons, and they are equipped with temperature sensors calibrated each year.
Their security system is in compliance with TAPA TFR LEVEL 1 (pending certification). They are also equipped with a high level GPS security system, which provides anti-opening doors, anti-jamming in order to recognize attempts of theft, on-board speakerphone with silent listening function, panic button, “Geofense” in order to avoid the risk of unplanned or unauthorized routes.
These features are all supported by a 24/7 internal control tower system and by our experts, that make our solution transports one of the most efficient and safe in the market.
