Our quality department works every day for new challenges to win and new targets to achieve, always applying “Best Practises” and SOP.
Two members work every day in calibrating and mapping the “equipments”. They organize many trainings in order to ensure compliance with the quality rules. We receive audits every week, which test our internal procedures or “technical agreements”, drown up together with our customers, in order to share and monitor the “SLA”.
GDP COMPLIANCE TRANSPORT
The European Good Distribution Practices guidelines became essential for the provider’s qualification.
PHSE offers a GDP compliance transport and provides 13 refrigerator warehouses in Italy, all having the same characteristics-GDP compliance. The reference software (internally developed) has been certified according to the “good distribution practices”.
